CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Резервацията ни беше за терасата на 2 етаж, с жива музика, но малко след като ми беше потвърдена (на имейл) ми се обадиха от ресторанта и ми заявиха, че нямало как да ни настанят там, защото всичко било заето. Отношение, кухня и обслужване под всякаква критика…Повече не бихме ги посетили! Answer form ReZZo.bg:От иемто на ReZZo и Руски Ресторант Арбат бихме искали да поднесем извинения относно причиненото неудобство. Уведомили сме управата на ресторанта за този случай и те ни увериха, че ще вземат всички необходими мерки, за да не се допускат подобен тип ситуации в бъдеще.
